At Street18, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services. Please read the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription service from Street18, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the subscription service until the end of the paid period, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

1.2 One-Time Purchases

For any one-time purchases of digital products or services, cancellations are allowed only if the service or product has not yet been delivered or fulfilled. Once a product or service has been delivered, it is considered final and non-cancellable unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Refunds

We Refund Only 70% of your bill, 30% are refund cost.

Street18 does not offer refunds for subscriptions that are canceled during the middle of the billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, but no pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued for partial use of the service.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request if there has been a billing error or if you experienced issues that prevented you from using the service. Please contact us at street18.customercare@gmail.com with details of your situation, and our team will review your request.

2.2 Refunds for One-Time Purchases

For digital products or services purchased from Street18, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue with the product or service that we are unable to resolve. 2.3 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • A technical issue that prevents the use of the service or product and is not resolved by our support team.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 days of approval.
